As an administrator in education, every day is different than the one before. The educational environment is busy, unpredictable, and most days you can expect multiple distractions and interruptions. Although a normal school day can start as early as 5:00am and end as late as 10:00pm (if you have activity duties), it may feel like you are always on the job. Working as an administrator is really a 24/7 job that requires A LOT of time and energy. But as challenging and time consuming as it is, it is also one of the most incredibly rewarding careers. Impacting the lives and futures of students across the country is a mission that we share with all of you!

Now that we are finally getting back into our regular routines of the busy school year, we are eager for feedback from all of our Time ReDesigned implementers. We have been lucky enough to interview a few of our valued Time ReDesigned clients from around the country. In each interview, our Founder asked school administrators a series of questions regarding their experiences with Time ReDesigned as well as advice for anyone interested in trying the solution.

Who doesn't love a good success story? One of our favorite success stories is from assistant principal, Elaine Lacey.
