Gratitude is often something that is overlooked when things get busy. The end of the school year is a great time for reflection over the accomplishments from the year. Leaders that lead with gratitude are often looked at being more influential and have a stronger sense of team around them. Using gratitude to encourage those around you can make everyone happier and increase the likelihood of work being done well in the future.
